Job summary

Cadence is seeking a senior technical lead to define and drive advanced packaging and 3DIC analysis flows for foundry and customer solutions. The role requires expert knowledge of Cadence SI/PI tools and related technologies, with extensive experience in signal and power integrity, electromagnetics, and thermal analysis.

The candidate will lead projects, assess customer environments, and communicate effectively with Cadence R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing, and customers to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years experience in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Electromagnetics, Thermal and RF for Package/PCB design.
• 5+ years experience with Cadence SI/PI tools Allegro platform (Sigrity, Clarity, PCB Editor, ICP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of advanced packaging concepts.
• Experience with 2.5D/3DIC and stacked die technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead development of advanced packaging and 3DIC analysis flows for foundry and customer solutions.
• Analyze customer environments and evaluate suitable Cadence-based solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and communicate with internal teams and customers.
