Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, driving account strategy and successful engagements while working remotely from the Dallas, Texas metro area.

You will lead discovery sessions, design and position solutions across the NetApp portfolio, and coordinate with channel partners and NetApp specialists to ensure outcomes across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering for enterprise tech.
• Proven success supporting enterprise customers through complex sales cycles.
• Strong background in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure.
• Broad knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud.

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related fields within an enterprise technology environment


• Proven success in supporting enterprise customers through complex technology sales cycles


• Strong foundation in storage or storage-adjacent infrastructure technologies


• Broad technical knowledge across enterprise infrastructure, including storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud


• Experience designing technical solutions that align customer requirements with business objectives
