Job summary

NFI is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Design to lead cross-functional teams in designing end-to-end 3PL solutions for North America. You will manage RFP processes, pricing inputs, and collaboration across BD, engineering, operations, and finance to deliver best-in-class supply chain designs.

Responsibilities include leading RFP workstreams, innovating with IT solutions, and ensuring milestones and stakeholder alignment throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• BS degree required in Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain/Business.
• 10–15 years professional experience including at least 3 years in 3PL.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial/logistics engineering design.
• 2 years of PM experience in logistics/supply chain with direct reports.
• Experience leading client-facing consultancy and workshops.
• Experience with IT supply chain solutions (WMS, TMS, ERP).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional RFP teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
• Own RFP responses, pricing and cycle management with sales.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, BD for solution design and architecture.
• Drive product development and branding of NFI services portfolio.
• Lead client engagement and pre-sales activities during RFP cycles.
