Job summary

ID Logistics US is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex warehouse solution design initiatives across the distribution network. You will own RFx projects from analysis to proposal development, partnering with Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT, and vendors in a hybrid role based in Georgia.

The role requires strong technical and commercial ownership of large-scale solutions, with responsibilities that include financial modeling, facility layouts, and ROI analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Industrial Engineering, Solutions Design, Logistics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years managing multiple concurrent solution design projects through RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
• Experience in a 3PL/warehousing environment.
• Ownership of large-scale solutions with significant revenue and capital investment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5 to 20 concurrent solution design projects across RFI, RFQ, and RFP lifecycles.
• Guide design decisions through financial and operational guardrails including ROI and capital efficiency.
• Serve as the technical and commercial owner for complex warehouse solutions.
• Develop facility layouts, labor models, process flows, storage strategies, and automation concepts.
• Deliver detailed technical and financial proposals within tight timelines.
• Benchmark proposed solutions against standards and prior submissions.
• Lead cross-functional teams through credibility, collaboration, and accountability.
• Support facility startups, expansions, retrofits, and post‑implementation performance validation.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
