Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lead Solutions Design Engineer to drive the design of innovative transportation and warehousing solutions that deliver measurable value to customers.

You will lead multi-discipline design efforts, model scenarios, and shape winning proposals while ensuring designs align with Ryder's capabilities. As part of a pursuit team, you will mentor junior engineers, validate designs with clients, and transition plans to operations during startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering.
• Six (6) years or more in Transportation industry required.
• Six (6) years or more in Warehousing/Manufacturing industry required.

Responsibilities

• Support bid submissions by reviewing RFPs, clarifying gaps and developing hypotheses.
