Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2+ years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Certified Customer Service Specialist certification preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Company brands and products information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends; assist with identification of potential process improvements.
• Provide cross-functional support to major accounts; resolve, coordinate, or direct for prompt service.
• Act as liaison between the Company and the account to suit major accounts.
• Interface with Credit Department to expedite shipments and account maintenance.
• Interpret orders and process them under established contracts; expedite and trace orders.
