Mohawk Industries is seeking an entry-level Sr. Order Inventory Coordinator to support the Customer Experience team. You will handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and help resolve issues to improve service.

Work with Sales, Operations, Inventory, and other departments; maintain accurate records; utilize MS Office; contribute to process improvements; participate in daily tasks and multi-channel communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-2 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support the Order Inventory team to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Inventory, and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify process, workflow, and system opportunities and partner with teams to implement improvements.
• Monitor key metrics and service levels to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Execute daily tasks and administration as it relates to customer experience such as customer calls, order processing and entry, delivery status, customer claims, purchase orders, and other responsibilities as defined by department.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Work proactively to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• May be responsible for some warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
• Perform other duties as needed.
