Mohawk Industries is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in Georgia to support the Sales team with information, tools and training to ensure efficient processes and policy compliance. You will act as a liaison across departments, analyze performance data, and help implement improvements to drive sales success.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for intake of sales inquiries and providing operationally sound solutions from inception to resolution.
• Act as liaison between Sales and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Develop subject matter expertise in designated sales operations processes and initiatives.
• Collect and provide relevant information to support Sales with selling initiatives.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analytics by compiling data on performance, trends and metrics.
• Conduct basic market research to gather information on competitors and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales support function and recommend enhancements.
• Assist with creation of sales proposals and presentations with the sales teams.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for sales team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.
