Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Order Inventory team for accurate, timely order processing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Inventory to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify process and system improvements and partner with teams to implement changes.
• Monitor key metrics and service levels to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions; perform administrative duties as needed.
