Job summary

DualEntry is seeking a Principal Solutions Consultant in New York to translate complex accounting workflows into clear product solutions for CFOs and Controllers. You’ll lead discovery calls, tailor demos to prospect data, and own integrations, data migrations, and security concerns.

You’ll also build PoCs and collaborate with Product to shape the roadmap. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Solutions Consulting or related roles, a strong accounting foundation, and hands-on experience with ERP

Qualifications

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
• Deep accounting ops knowledge across close, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, reporting.
• Experience with CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, FP&A, BI) and mapping workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate accounting workflows into product solutions for CFOs and Controllers.
• Lead discovery calls to diagnose pain points in close process, ERP limitations, and integration requirements.
• Run product demos tailored to each prospect’s workflows, data, and success criteria.
• Own technical objections across integrations, data migrations, security, and reporting.
• Build proof-of-concepts and demo environments for different verticals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize the roadmap with customer insights.
• Create and standardize demo assets, playbooks, and technical collateral.
