Job summary

HRSoft, Inc. is seeking aSenior Solution Consultant in Denver to own the technical and solution win across new logo and expansion opportunities. Partner with Sales, Product and Implementation to demonstrate the AI-enabled compensation platform to HR, Finance, IT and executives.

The ideal candidate blends compensation expertise, platform architecture, and storytelling to diagnose business needs and translate them into confident buying decisions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring or demonstrating compensation or HCM software.
• Familiarity with integration patterns across HRIS, ERP / finance, and CRM systems.
• Experience supporting RFPs, security reviews, and proofs of concept.
• Experience working with consulting firms or HCM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to uncover customer compensation pain points and required workflows.
• Design and configure tailored demonstrations showing the customer their own problem solved.
• Present to executive buying committees with adaptability and credibility.
• Translate between business and technical audiences, coordinating with Product, Engineering and Implementation on integrations.
