Clari’s Revenue platform provides forecasting accuracy and visibility from sales reps to the boardroom, helping identify revenue leaks and assess sales goal achievements. About the Team

The Customer Solutions team manages the entire customer journey, from discovery to renewal and expansion. It includes experts in product, process, and strategy, such as customer service, success, education, and support.

The Professional Services (PS) team in India is vital in delivering Clari’s platform to customers across EMEA and the US. Comprising solution consultants, onboarding specialists, and implementation experts, the team collaborates with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, tailored solutions, and impactful outcomes. The India PS team acts as a trusted extension of Clari’s global services organization, helping customers realize value faster and supporting our mission for revenue precision at scale.

About the Role

As a Solution Consultant at Clari, you will oversee the onboarding and optimization of our platform for global customers. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation from discovery to post-launch. Your responsibilities include managing technical onboarding, aligning platform capabilities with customer goals, backend configurations, data operations, and automation. Experience with Ruby or similar scripting languages is a plus but not mandatory. This role requires strong problem-solving, technical skills, and a customer-first mindset.

This is a remote position based in India, with travel to Bengaluru as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead onboarding of new customers, including implementation, configuration, testing, and support.
  2. Configure the platform to meet customer use cases post go-live.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  4. Manage technical migrations and backend configurations, including scripting if applicable.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  6. Develop internal tools and automation to enhance service delivery.
  7. Document and improve onboarding and configuration processes.
  8. Work in the 4 PM to 1 AM IST shift to align with US engagement.
Qualifications
  1. 4+ years experience in SaaS platform configuration, implementation, or development, with strong communication skills.
  2. Knowledge of Salesforce basics, including objects and workflows.
  3. Experience with JSON, MongoDB, and data transformations.
  4. Scripting experience with Ruby for ETL processes is a plus.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Customer-focused attitude.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
