Job description

Join to apply for the Senior Solution Consultant (remote) role at Netsmart.

Netsmart is seeking a technically proficient Solution Consultant with deep expertise in clearinghouse systems and revenue cycle operations to support the growth and positioning of our RevConnect platform. This role requires hands-on understanding of EDI workflows, claim submission processes, remittance handling, and integration points within payer and provider systems. Acting as a bridge between product functionality and client needs, the Solution Consultant will lead complex technical discussions, tailor demonstrations to reflect client-specific workflows, and support sales teams with clear, actionable insights into how our solutions solve real-world RCM challenges. This individual will also contribute to RFP responses, interface closely with solution engineering, and provide ongoing technical input into product development and market readiness efforts.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the expert in technical and product support for sales teams; includes complex and first of a kind solution presentations, proposal responses, and follow-up for highly complex clients.
  2. Develop and present scripted and unscripted solution presentations to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating knowledge of solution's features and functionalities and expertise in facilitating discussion and questions.
  3. Proactively develop and apply knowledge of industry intelligence and trends relevant to specific audiences.
  4. Ensure all stakeholders are able to clearly articulate and promote Netsmart’s competitive advantages during solution demonstrations.
  5. Promote Netsmart solutions at industry events, trade shows, client meetings, and Netsmart’s annual health conference meeting.
  6. Review responses as a part of bid submissions or requests for proposals, contributing clinical, financial, and local workflow expertise as applicable, and sharing key RFP feedback with solution presenters.
  7. Contribute to maintaining and developing knowledge bases for industries served to facilitate ongoing product development and market offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a Human Services or post-acute setting with deep knowledge of associated revenue cycle and clearinghouse workflows.
Expectations

Up to 10% travel.
