Job summary

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect to lead technical account teams and manage enterprise clients across US locations. You will drive customer success, analyze complex data, deliver insights, and coordinate across pre-sales to post-sales to scale CTV/OTT ad tech deployments.

You will mentor junior talent, own assigned accounts, and partner with product and engineering to implement scalable solutions for publishers and advertisers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ad tech experience with a solid track record, including 5+ years of direct manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of video ad serving, openRTB, SSAI, header bidding, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience working with high-touch, highly technical clients across pre-sales to post-sales and enterprise implementations.
• Exposure to ad tech UIs such as ad servers, SSP/DSP platforms, etc.
• Experience with object oriented programming, tool development, and automation.
• Ability to derive insights from large data sets and present findings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to translate complex tech for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of customer service for assigned accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers.
• Engage with customers regularly, deep dive data, and respond to inquiries.
• Escalate feedback to product/engineering to drive improvements.
• Grow accounts through strategic technical guidance and implementations.
