Job summary

Softcat plc. is seeking an ambitious Strategy & Architecture leader to shape product strategy, technology roadmaps and investment priorities.

Reporting to the Lead Enterprise Architect, you will align business ambition with architectural direction and delivery execution, building strong stakeholder relationships to drive sustainable, scalable solutions across Softcat's portfolio. You will lead architecture across the portfolio, influence roadmap priorities and provide governance while supporting

Qualifications

• Significant Solution, Domain, Product or Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Experience shaping technology roadmaps and strategic change.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
• Commercial awareness and outcome-focused decision making.
• Highly pragmatic approach to balancing governance and delivery.
• Experience working with CRM and customer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop portfolio roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Provide architecture leadership across the product portfolio.
• Shape solution design and visibility of technical debt.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Engineering Leads.
• Influence investment priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Support customer experience and digital engagement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and governance.
