Job summary

ALO is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to develop edge-cutting digital solutions spanning Product, Engineering, QE, UX, MarTech, and Data. The role shapes technology strategy and evolves our platform with a proactive, collaborative leader.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive modernization, and ensure scalable, secure retail capabilities. On-site in Beverly Hills, with strong emphasis on engineering excellence and practical governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience with architecture and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience driving composable commerce for B2C digital commerce on web/mobile/app platforms.
• AI/data-centric approaches to scale customer journeys and backend systems.
• Proven ability to translate high-level problems into actionable features.
• Strong systems engineering across define, design, develop, deploy, operate.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance aligned with retail goals.
• Design and deliver architectures for infrastructure, security, automation, and integration.
• Evaluate technologies for SaaS in digital retail operations.
• Provide guidance across stakeholders to meet retail requirements.
• Lead cloud readiness, modernization, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Design deployment architectures for performance, resiliency, and scalability.
