Job summary

Nexla is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical relationship with enterprise customers across the Americas. You will lead onboarding, design integrations, and guide production deployments while translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You should have 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, broad data engineering knowledge, and the ability to supervise cross-functional teams. This is a remote role serving the Americas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles resolving complex data integration issues.
• Experience owning accounts or projects through delivery, not just advising.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of accounts.
• Lead onboarding and implementation, designing integrations and guiding production rollout.
• Run hard conversations: missed dates, degraded pipelines, upset customers; land next steps.
• Flag risk early and in writing; address adoption and sponsorship risks.
• Translate between audiences: data engineer, security reviewer, and VP without losing clarity.
• Troubleshoot with customers: failed runs, schema drift, connectivity issues, performance.
• Partner with CSM and Support on renewal risk; hand expansion signals to Sales.
• Mentor other SAs on handling customers, not just solving problems.
