Job summary

NexDimension is seeking a Snowflake Data Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Services team as a hands-on leader. You will architect and deliver ELT pipelines on Snowflake, dbt, and Azure, while guiding a small engineering team and ensuring high-quality deployments.

You will translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, optimize performance and costs, and own the full development lifecycle from ingestion through deployment. A strong SQL and data modeling background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of data engineering experience with Snowflake as the primary platform.
• 5+ years of technical lead experience managing developers and delivering solutions.
• 7+ years total in data engineering, data warehousing, and ELT pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 data engineers across client engagements.
• Architect and develop ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Azure services.
• Write and optimize complex SQL (SnowSQL) and dbt models; support testing and QA.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain secure release practices.
