Job summary

Jobgether SRL — partner company in the United States — is seeking a Principal Product Architect to lead the architecture of scalable SaaS across AWS, hybrid, and on-prem environments. You will define technology strategy, guide engineering, and drive governance.

You will champion serverless, microservices, event-driven patterns, and ensure security, compliance (HIPAA/SOC 2), and cost optimization, while collaborating with product management and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in application/solution architecture.
• 8+ years in cloud architecture and deployment.
• 5+ years designing large-scale serverless SaaS on AWS.
• 5+ years CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps.
• Strong AWS expertise and cost optimization.
• Advanced serverless, microservices, and event-driven design.
• Multi-region and multi-tenant SaaS experience.
• Monitoring/observability with AWS CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural vision and technology strategy for scalable SaaS products.
• Architect cloud-native solutions across public cloud, hybrid, and on-premises with a focus on AWS.
• Design for elasticity, high availability, DR, security, data retention, and resilience.
• Partner with Product Management to align roadmaps with target-state architecture.
• Maintain roadmaps, technical scorecards, debt inventories, and governance alignment.
• Mentor engineering teams and promote innovation and learning.
• Champion serverless, microservices, event-driven patterns for scalable SaaS.
• Ensure AWS Well-Architected compliance and cost-management.
