Job summary

Chainguard, a trusted source for open source security, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Professional Services team within Customer Success. You will lead implementations and empower Public Sector customers to leverage Chainguard to build secure software.

You'll partner with Account Teams, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, ensure high-quality image builds, and help drive adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a post-sales role supporting public sector clients.
• 8+ years building high-performance multi-tier applications.
• Experience with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or CMMC is required.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and drive adoption of Chainguard images for Public Sector.
• Collaborate with account teams to define solutions and value realization.
• Ensure high-quality image builds and smooth onboarding for customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay customer requirements.
• Share best practices and lessons learned across teams.
