Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with sales teams, design and implement complex products, and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires extensive experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, and knowledge of payments/fintech, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions consulting, solution architecture, payments, fintech, or related client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to identify, develop, and close opportunities involving complex products, services, and integrated solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process, articulating the value and functionality of solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conduct customer discovery sessions, pre-sales consultations, and technical discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Design, develop, and deliver customized client proposals, demonstrations, presentations, and solution recommendations.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and practical solutions for customers.
• Provide implementation guidance and post-sale support to facilitate successful client onboarding.
