Job summary

Paperless Parts is seeking a Manager, Solutions Architecture to lead the Solutions Architecture function and act as lead Solution Architect on strategic engagements. You will build a high-performing team, establish scalable design practices, and ensure implementation-ready solutions that drive long-term success.

In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, blending hands-on customer engagement with leadership to improve delivery quality and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Solution Architecture or equivalent
• 2+ years leading customer-facing technical teams
• Proven experience with enterprise SaaS deployments
• Experience designing SaaS implementations with APIs/ERP integrations
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects
• Conduct technical discovery and translate requirements into scalable designs
• Collaborate with Sales to scope solutions and draft SOWs
• Serve as senior technical resource for escalated customer situations
• Establish best practices for discovery, design, and handoffs
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Product, and Engineering on delivery and feedback
• Drive operational excellence and process improvements in the function
• Develop deep expertise in Paperless Parts platform and capabilities
