Job summary

Paperless Parts is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to drive enterprise SaaS implementations and guide manufacturers through digital transformations. You will align customer operations with platform capabilities while navigating change management, leading cross-functional teams and executive sponsors to accelerate value.

You will manage multi-stream timelines, budgets, and risk, with 3 days/week on-site in Encinitas, CA, and travel as needed to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of leading enterprise software deployments in customer-facing SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to build trust and navigate change management with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Capability to master complex software features quickly and translate customer business logic into technical configurations.
• Demonstrated mastery in managing multi-stream project timelines, risk frameworks, and budgets.
• Based in Encinitas, CA (3 days/week on-site) with willingness to travel to customer sites 1–3 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive status reviews, strategic meetings, and real-time issue resolution across customer and internal teams.
• Balance implementation timelines, resource allocation, scope, and budget with precision.
• Lead end-user training programs and workshops for enterprise customer teams to drive platform adoption and user proficiency.
• Address scope creep directly while establishing clear customer boundaries and accommodating critical business shifts.
• Translate complex customer business requirements into optimal platform configurations that drive long-term value.
• Assess project health metrics continuously to identify delivery risks early and execute mitigation strategies.
• Identify operational gaps within the deployment lifecycle and create scalable workflow enhancements.
