The Manager, Solutions Architecture leads Paperless Parts' Solutions Architecture function while serving as the lead Solution Architect on the company's most strategic customer engagements. This role is responsible for building a high-performing team, establishing scalable solution design practices, and ensuring customers receive technically sound, implementation-ready solutions that drive long-term success.
Working across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, this leader combines hands‑on customer engagement with team leadership to improve implementation quality, reduce delivery risk, and continuously evolve how Paperless Parts solves customer challenges.
Salary range: $131,000 - $177,000
This role is also eligible for variable compensation.
