Primary Function of Position
In the role of Sr. Solutions Architect, HR Applications, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing HR Technology solutions, including Workday. You will oversee the overall health of the HR system landscape, considering the long-term vision of the product and organizational needs. Your role involves defining the vision and roadmap, leading initiative prioritization, and supervising the solution architecture and implementation of IT applications that support end-to-end HR processes and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
