About The Role

As a dedicated Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in driving the next stage of growth for Chainlink. You'll work closely with sales, product management, and integrations teams, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective users by demonstrating how our Chainlink decentralized oracle network can connect their blockchains to real-world data securely and reliably. You will support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by performing technical discovery, making architectural recommendations, delivering product demos and PoCs, and troubleshooting technical issues. As a passionate blockchain enthusiast and user advocate, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value, contributing to the future of DeFi.

Requirements

• Computer science or technical background with at least 5 years of extensive technical account and relationship management experience across large, complex accounts, engaging stakeholders at all levels
• 2+ years experience working in RWA/tokenized assets environments and/or with decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology
• Strong technical understanding, including the ability to read and comprehend code (e.g., Solidity) and manage large-scale software projects
• Experience in technical discovery qualification with prospective users
• Ability to make architectural recommendations for Chainlink solutions
• Experience troubleshooting technical configuration issues
• Pre-Sales technology solutions experience, including delivering PoCs and confident product demonstrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Business acumen and experience in driving commercial negotiations
• Confidence in client interactions
• Customer success experience with mission-critical software products
• Deep care for user success and optimal use of Chainlink
