Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience as a Workstream/Team Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in the US geography. Additionally, experience as an Order to Cash work stream lead for a Commercial Aerospace & Defense Manufacturer at the Senior Consultant level is required.

Specific SAP module configuration and deployment experience are essential, including:

• Lead Management
• Master Data in the Lead to Management areas
• Operational Contract Management
• Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Project Systems (PS)
• Resource Related Billing (cost collection & billing WBS elements)
• Proposals
• Contract Management (government & commercial)
• Contract Line Items (CLINs) and Pricing Conditions

The candidate must be familiar with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and experienced with these modules in complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense manufacturing environments. Experience in Automotive or Industrial Products is also applicable.

Other key skills include:

• Ability to define, understand, and correlate Customer transformation North Stars in the overall design of the Order to Cash value stream
• Leading Customers, System Integrators, and SAP teams towards a Standard Aerospace Ecosystem in the Order to Cash area
• Guiding the preparation and release of support workshops documentation to explain SAP S/HANA best practices and Customer Industry processes
• Expertise in managing SAP FIORI standard applications
• Experience with third-party aerospace SAP S/4HANA bolt-ons (Dassian, iCertis)

The role involves managing the customer-facing side of the supply chain, including proposal requests, pricing, contract negotiations, legal contract management, flow down management, sales order management, invoice management, and accounts receivables.

The candidate should be familiar with SAP Roadmap for the respective O2C work stream and capable of defining a target end-state and transitional plan within the project context. Maintaining a forward-looking vision to maximize value from existing SAP investments is crucial.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating on the development of value propositions for transformational initiatives from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives
• Applying knowledge of business processes for designing, developing, and testing S/4HANA functions
• Reviewing and performing SAP S/HANA system design and configuration to meet client requirements
