You will partner with executives, product teams, and engineers, guiding strategic direction and architectural governance. Salary varies by location with a target range and bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred; 12 years IT experience.
• Two to three years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems solutions in complex environments; health insurance knowledge preferred.
• Understanding of health insurance technologies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of an agile team to understand business needs and propose solutions.
• Lead architecture across product teams and mentor developers.
• Design technology solutions based on project requirements and reference architectures.
• Document solutions in the EA Modeling Environment and govern architecture quality.
• Estimate resources and time scales for project implementations and audits.
