Job summary

Cambia Health in Salt Lake City region seeks a Senior AI/ML Solutions Architect to bridge Applied AI and enterprise architecture. You will prototype, code, and lead the design of AI systems, collaborating with enterprise platform engineers on scalability, security, and integration patterns in a production environment.

Reporting to the VP of Applied AI, you will shape Cambia-wide AI standards, evaluate new technologies, and guide partnerships.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge of modern AI/ML systems with prototyping experience.
• Strong Python coding skills and production AI apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with evaluation, observability, monitoring, governance, bias mitigation, and safety guardrails.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms and cloud services (AWS, Azure) with hands-on implementation.
• Architecture and integration experience across business units; healthcare domain preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams; leadership and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and validate technical approaches with working code.
• Lead AI architecture standards and reference architectures.
• Bridge Applied AI with enterprise architecture and platform engineering.
• Guide portfolio decisions and evaluate emerging technologies balancing enterprise readiness.
• Design integration strategies for partnerships and complex collaborations.
