Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the technical strategy for customers, owning architecture discussions and driving platform adoption. You will position Databricks as the foundation of customers’ data and AI strategies, developing a technical specialization for the team and coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver complex solutions.

You will engage with senior technical stakeholders, guiding production deployments on cloud platforms and influencing product direction

Qualifications

6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, or senior technical role.
Proficient in Python and SQL with live coding and debugging ability.
Deep expertise in distributed data systems, pipelines, and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment.
Lead architecture discussions for scalable, production-grade solutions.
Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects and leads.
Drive technical wins by demonstrating differentiation through custom-built solutions.
Develop an emerging technical specialization (archetype) for the team.
