DigiCert is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive architecture leadership in high-impact opportunities. You will guide enterprise customers through scalable, secure designs and AI-enabled capabilities, while aligning product and engineering with strategic needs.

This role emphasizes executive credibility and cross-functional collaboration across GTM, product, and engineering. The position promotes innovation, AI-driven productivity, and strong customer engagement, with expected travel of 25-30%

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in cybersecurity, digital trust, PKI, identity, and secure architectures.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, automation, and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex designs to executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency and solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design sessions with enterprise customers, including future-state design workshops.
• Design scalable, secure architectures leveraging DigiCert products and platforms.
• Address integration, automation, compliance, and lifecycle challenges in designs.
• Validate designs for performance, resilience, and security best practices.
• Translate customer needs into actionable architecture feedback for product/engineering.
