Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect who will be the company’s primary customer-facing technical leader within the Majors team (East). You’ll guide prospects and customers in evaluating their applications for the company’s cloud platform and demonstrate the technical advantages of our service.

You will collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans, nurture relationships with technical decision-makers, and create reusable assets, reference architectures,

Qualifications

• Proven experience guiding customers on cloud solutions and platform fit.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and production considerations.
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider and production services.
• Ability to develop and present architecture guidance to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospects to determine application fit on the platform.
• Educate customers on technical benefits and limitations of the platform.
• Position the company against competing technologies and patterns.
• Foster adoption within customer engineering to expand production use.
• Partner with Account Executives to create and execute account plans.
• Manage relationships with technical decision-makers and deliver demos.
• Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and playbooks.
• Travel to customer sites 25-50%.
