Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead onboarding and technical delivery for Guided API and partner integrations in Denver, CO. You will own end-to-end implementations, optimize Workday integrations, and provide guidance to Customer Success and Engineering teams.

Expect a fast-paced environment with collaboration across product and engineering. In-office presence is expected at Checkr hubs in Denver and other locations with relocation support available.

Qualifications

Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
Experience supporting HRIS, HCM, or ATS integrations (e.g., Workday).
Ability to write and run data queries to troubleshoot workflows.
Proven track record delivering technical services to customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute high-volume Guided API implementations end to end.
Deliver Workday and other partner integrations using repeatable patterns.
Provide troubleshooting and optimization support for existing customers.
Run data queries and validate configurations to ensure solution integrity.
Escalate complex architectural challenges to senior staff.
Improve implementation runbooks and developer docs.
