Fastly is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect – Delivery for a remote, full-time role. You will guide customers through onboarding, integration, and optimization of Fastly’s edge cloud platform, collaborating with Sales Engineers and internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

You’ll develop training materials, support performance tuning, and act as the SME for Fastly Delivery and Compute. Open to qualified applicants nationwide in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers by integrating Fastly into their systems during onboarding
• Provide guidance on additional features and performance tuning for existing customers
• Write and present training materials to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to build Proof Of Concepts for prospective customers
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on the Fastly Delivery and Compute platform
