Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (L5) to own the technical strategy for customers, leading architecture discussions and driving platform adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customer technical leads and architects, shaping end-to-end solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.

You will orchestrate cross-functional resources, influence product direction, and demonstrate Databricks differentiation through tailored, scalable solutions in production

Qualifications

• Lead complex architecture discussions and design scalable, production-grade solutions.
• Demonstrate live coding, debugging and solution-building in Python/SQL.
• Architect distributed data pipelines, streaming and lakehouse patterns.
• Display proficiency with cloud deployments including security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics.
• Advise customer architects, engineering leads and Directors as trusted technical advisor.
• Drive technical wins by demonstrating Databricks differentiation through custom solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
• Provide feedback on requirements and competitive gaps to influence product direction.
