Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (L5) to own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts, driving platform adoption across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics. You will lead architecture reviews, build scalable pipelines, and collaborate with DSAs, SSAs, and partners to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex customer needs.

You will influence product direction with customer feedback, demonstrate differentiation through live builds, and work across AWS/Azure/GCP

Qualifications

6+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical roles.
Strong coding in Python and SQL with live coding ability.
Deep distributed data systems and lakehouse patterns.
Experience with production cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Databricks platform familiarity or rapid proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture discussions for scalable, production-grade solutions.
Advise customer architects and engineering leads as trusted technical advisor.
Drive platform adoption and illustrate differentiation through demos.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver complex customer solutions.
Provide feedback on requirements and competitive gaps to influence product direction.
