Job summary

Cyclops is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to drive technical strategy across commercial opportunities within the GTM team. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate complex client requirements into deliverable architectures and to reduce ambiguity before close.

You will build the Solutions Architecture function from the ground up, shaping discovery frameworks, templates, and playbooks, and you will operate as a trusted technical advisor to executives, with a bias

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading customer-facing architecture for enterprise opportunities.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
• Deep fluency with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience guiding opportunities from evaluation to implementation.
• Strong communication with engineers, product, and executives.
• Ability to balance technical and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and discovery for Cyclops’s key opportunities, examining client architecture, payment flows, integration needs and long-term goals.
• Partner with Sales as the senior technical counterpart throughout complex sales cycles, aligning engineering, product and leadership.
• Design solution architectures and landscape assessments that map client needs to Cyclops capabilities.
• Shape the path from opportunity to implementation with technically sound, commercially viable solutions.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering and other teams to validate feasibility and resolve blockers.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own the transition from commercial opportunity to implementation with context and risk awareness.
