Job summary

Bulletproof is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect in Waltham, MA with remote flexibility for the right candidate. You will design and implement complex client solutions, lead technical discussions, and guide sales from a technical perspective.

Occasional travel to customer offices is expected. You will leverage deep expertise in managed IT services, cloud platforms, security, and disaster recovery to architect scalable solutions, produce detailed specifications, and drive customer success

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in CS/IT or equivalent
MS-500, Azure Fundamentals, MS-365 Fundamentals certifications
Security governance knowledge and ISO/NIST familiarity
Experience with Windows OS and related software

Responsibilities

Assist sales with pre-sales questions and attend meetings as a technical resource
Maintain knowledge of Bulletproof products and Managed IT services
Gather client requirements and design solutions
Create technical specs and design documents
Define project scope, timelines and deliverables with teams
Develop proposals and project/service estimates
Conduct pre-sales webinars and on-site visits
Present products and services at events and seminars
Evaluate new technologies to improve Bulletproof offerings
Obtain and maintain vendor certifications
Other duties as assigned
