Ladders is seeking a Senior Customer Architect to guide complex customer implementations, drive adoption, and help clients realize measurable value from cloud and security capabilities. You will act as a trusted technical partner across the customer lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams to support integration, optimization, and long-term success.

This remote role (US-based candidates only) offers opportunity for strategic account planning, hands-on guidance, and a competitive compensation

Qualificações

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, security engineering, or TAM roles.
• 5+ years with cloud solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and app security.
• Experience in security engineering and architecture, API and AI security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical owner for customer implementations and adoption programs
• Provide hands-on technical guidance throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop strategic account success plans focused on value realization
• Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and optimization opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption
• Contribute to development of customer success processes and resources
