Boeing Employees Credit Union is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to shape the future of its lending and credit card technology ecosystem. You will lead enterprise-scale designs, mentor engineers, and drive modernization with cloud-first strategies.

Residents in eligible remote locations nationwide may apply, with a strong emphasis on Azure-based modernization and API-driven integrations to enhance member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with demonstrated expertise in application design and enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience with financial products (credit cards, mortgages etc.) and UX, integration, and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex, enterprise-scale solutions for lending and credit card platforms.
• Architect for scale by translating business needs into detailed technical designs.
• Drive modernization efforts and cloud-first solutions across initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, secure, scalable systems.
• Mentor engineers and influence enterprise design decisions.
