Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of IT experience with enterprise applications.
- Experience with financial products (credit cards, loans, deposits).
- Public cloud experience (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
- Experience leading and collaborating with multiple teams for enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Experience with API design and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale solution design for lending and credit card platforms.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
- Drive modernization and cloud-first initiatives.
- Mentor engineers and provide architectural guidance.
- Collaborate across architecture, delivery, and business teams.
- Define API and integration strategies.
