Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Solutions Architect for the Bedrock CSET-ENE team. This customer-facing role drives engagements at the toughest points in a customer's journey with our services, shaping designs and working systems end to end.

You will author RCAs, design docs, and guidance, lead cross-team initiatives, mentor others, and ensure scalable, reusable solutions while maintaining empathy for customers during challenging escalations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology domain experience (software/cloud/infra)
• Proven design/consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Strong written/spoken communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact customer escalations and troubleshoot engagements with cross-team coordination.
• Define and drive architecture and enablement initiatives for customer success.
• Author RCAs, customer messaging, and technical narratives for distribution.
• Develop reusable mechanisms: knowledge pipelines, validation tools, and playbooks.
• Mentor teammates and lead cross-team training and known-issues reviews.
