Job summary

Middesk is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical health, adoption, and growth of key customers. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver value from initial implementation through long-term partnerships.

You’ll act as a technical advisor, troubleshoot complex issues, and help design scalable integrations. The role reports to the Director of Solutions Engineering and emphasizes cross-functional impact in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or similar.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS products with API-first or data-centric integrations.
• Strong familiarity with APIs, data workflows, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for key accounts, coordinating with sales, success, and engineering.
• Drive onboarding and implementation from scoping to go-live, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Advise on architecture and integrations for scalable, compliant workflows and data strategies.
