Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in consulting or cross-functional product teams.
• Experience building consumer-facing native mobile and web apps with native languages and core frameworks.
• Demonstrated expertise architecting, building, maintaining, and scaling modern software across platforms.
• Ability to design, set up, and maintain DevOps pipelines.
• Experience designing APIs and writing API specifications.
• Understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting.
• Strong security mindset and risk awareness.
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements to engineers and clients.
• Excellent communication and persuasive technical presentation skills.
• Demonstrated hunger for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of robust architectures tailored to client needs, and implement solutions hands-on for scalability and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs for seamless system communication and performance.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and set engineering standards; conduct spikes to explore new tech.
• Interact with clients to understand goals, present technical solutions, and adjust strategies based on feedback.
• Design, set up, and maintain CI/CD pipelines; manage deployment processes for reliable releases.
• Address technical issues promptly to minimize project disruption.
• Work across diverse projects from API design to live team support and full-time DevOps.
