Job summary

Spectro Cloud in Singapore seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the technical side of APAC sales, advising enterprise, telco, and sovereign AI customers through discovery to delivery.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, partners, and Field Engineering to win, land, and expand strategic accounts, shaping architecture and proofs of value.

This role focuses on data residency, regulatory requirements, and regional growth, delivering customer-specific demonstrations and scalable plays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Field Engineer, including 4+ years in enterprise software sales in APAC.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win for opportunities across Singapore and Southeast Asia, partnering with Account Executives on account strategy, deal qualification, and close plans.
• Lead discovery, solution design, and architecture sessions mapping customer outcomes to Palette, Cluster Profiles, policies, and Day-2 operations.
• Deliver demonstrations and technical presentations to audiences from platform engineers to CIO/CTO stakeholders.
• Plan and run proofs of value with defined timelines and outcomes using Field Engineering templates.
• Address regional requirements including data sovereignty and residency, MAS guidelines, PDPA, and sector-specific regulatory expectations.
