Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements, owning executive relationships and serving as the definitive technical authority. You will drive consumption strategy and influence platform adoption across strategic accounts.

Lead enterprise-wide migrations, real-time systems, and AI/ML at scale while mentoring others and shaping field engineering content. Expect strong collaboration with product, partners, and DSAs/SSAs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior pre-sales roles.
• Expert coding proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark.
• Deep enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.
• Strong executive relationship management and influence.
• Proven track record of driving consumption and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and consumption strategy for complex engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships and advise on data/AI strategy.
• Lead multi-workload migrations and real-time/AI scale initiatives.
• Mentor junior SAs and contribute to field engineering thought leadership.
