Job summary

Databricks seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements and own executive relationships.

You will drive consumption strategy, shape platform adoption, and serve as the definitive technical authority for enterprise accounts. You will orchestrate multi-workload migrations, real-time architectures, and AI/ML at scale, mentor junior SAs, and collaborate with DSAs, SSAs, partners, and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical role.
• Expert-level coding: Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark; live coding assessment required.
• Deep expertise in distributed data architectures, streaming/real-time, lakehouse design patterns, data governance, cloud-native platforms.
• Executive presence to influence senior stakeholders on data & AI strategy.
• Proven track record of driving consumption growth in large accounts.
• Bachelors or Masters in CS/Engineering or quantitative field.
