Qualifications

• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python and SQL, with Spark/PySpark preferred.
• Deep enterprise data architecture expertise across distributed systems and real-time data.
• Executive presence to influence Directors, VPs and C-level stakeholders.
• Declared technical specialization with recognized depth in real-time, ML/AI, or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and consumption strategy for the most complex customer engagements.
• Own senior-level technical relationships, advising on enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead complex architecture engagements across multi-workload platforms and migrations.
• Act as a Databricks Platform expert, mentoring others and enabling broad impact.
• Develop competitive strategies and position Databricks against rivals.
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Coach and develop junior SAs on depth, engagement, and use-case prioritization.
• Contribute to Field Engineering thought leadership via customer content and workshops.
