Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements and define consumption strategy. You will own executive-level relationships and act as the definitive technical authority for your accounts, driving platform adoption and revenue growth.

You will demonstrate expert coding in Python/SQL/Spark, guide architecture engagements, and mentor junior team members while collaborating across DSAs, SSAs, Partners, and Product to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years in solutions architecture or senior technical pre-sales roles.
Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark.
Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture and cloud-native platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive technical and consumption strategy for complex engagements, influencing platform adoption and revenue growth.
Own senior-level technical relationships as a trusted advisor on data and AI strategy.
Lead the most complex architecture engagements across multi-workload platforms and migrations.
Mentor junior Solutions Architects and contribute to field engineering thought leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
