Job summary

540 is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect (AI/ML & Cloud) to lead design and delivery of cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions for federal and defense environments. You will partner with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, mentor engineers, and drive secure, scalable implementations.

The role requires extensive AWS experience, DevSecOps practices, and the ability to translate mission objectives into technical architectures while navigating security constraints and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise cloud/AI solutions.
• Experience with federal/national security environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on technical leader designing, prototyping, and building cloud- and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead architecture and delivery of cloud-native solutions for mission-critical modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to engineering teams.
• Advise on integrating AI/ML capabilities, MLOps, and analytics into enterprise applications.
• Support business growth through technical strategy and customer engagement.
• Define technology roadmaps and implementation strategies aligned to mission objectives.
